个人简介:

陈子瑜,1959年生。现任校学术委员会委员、教指委委员,磁学国家重点实验室学术委员会委员,物理学院凝聚态物理学科责任教授、基础物理学核心基础课责任教授。曾任教育部教指委委员、物理学院副院长、理学院物理系主任、微纳测控与低维物理教育部重点实验室副主任。在国内物理学界享有较高知名度和影响力。

在担任理学院物理系主任和物理学院副院长期间,他对工作认真负责,在教学、科研和学科建设等方面做了大量管理工作,为北航物理基础教学的发展,为我校物理学科获批凝聚态物理博士点、物理一级学科博士授权点、博士后流动站、凝聚态北京市重点学科和微纳测控与低维物理教育部重点实验室的建设,做出了重要贡献。

从教35年来,他始终把人才培养放在首位,坚持立德树人,坚守本科教学一线。

常年坚持承担本科生核心基础课教学,注重将科学思想、物理学史、治学经验、人生阅历融入课程,注重培养学生的科学价值观和人生观,真心关爱学生,教学效果优良,得到同行和校内师生的广泛认可。

常年坚持教学改革和研究,将物理学发展趋势和物理学教学规律与我校本科教学实际相结合,推动教育理念更新、改革教育教学方法。承担10余项重点教改项目,发表17篇教改论文。

常年坚持教学和科研并重,以高水平科研为依托,践行科研反哺教学。迄今已主持30余项国家或省部级科研项目,发表150余篇科研论文,指导毕业硕博研究生40人。

疫情期间,在自建MOOC基础上,完善了基础物理学课程,高质量地实施了在线教学。共建了课程思政网络教学资源库,取得润物无声的效果。格外关爱他指导的研究生,切实解决他们的实际困难。

陈子瑜教授曾获北京市教学名师奖、北京市师德先锋、宝钢优秀教师奖、北航优秀主讲教师等称号和一系列教学成果奖。所负责的“基础物理学”和“固体物理学”课程获评北京市精品课程。作为团队负责人的基础物理学课程团队获评工信部研究型教学创新团队。也是获评北京市优秀教学团队的基础物理学实验核心成员。
