个人简介:李文萍,中科院博士,副教授、博导,2015年-2016年MIT访问学者,主要从事电子光学、离子光学、纳米加工及表征相关工作。主持国家自然科学基金和国家重点研发计划等课题10余项,发表专著2部、SCI论文30余篇,授权国家发明专利5项。
